JOKER CUP: 200 3D-printed bottle openers

200 multi-colour FDM bottle openers with an embedded opener insert and a keyring hole. Plus branded logo tags and a golf-bag tag (254 mm). Graphic design included.

Problem

JK Creative Group, which runs the Joker restaurant and golf course in Tychy, needed a run of branded merchandise: 200 JOKER CUP bottle openers plus tags, including a large golf-bag tag. Requirements: consistent branding, a functional opener and repeatable short-run production without injection-mould tooling.

Outcome

Delivered 200 JOKER CUP openers in several colourways, a set of logo tags and a golf-bag tag, graphic design included. A short run produced with 3D printing, without tooling costs.

  1. 01Graphic design and brand artwork for JOKER CUP: the crest silhouette, lettering layout and an equestrian variant for the golf version.
  2. 02CAD modelling of the opener: a body with the embossed crest, a pocket for the opener insert and a keyring hole. A golf-bag tag 254 mm long and 4.5 mm thick.
  3. 03FDM printing of the 200-piece run in multiple colours on the Bambu printer farm, batched in parallel.
  4. 04Quality control, fitting the inserts and delivering the full merchandise set to the client.
